Work From Home Jobs Verses Home Based Business - Which Is Best?

So, you want to make money working from home. You want more freedom; you want success or possibly many other things. So, which is best? Is it best to go with work from home jobs or home based business opportunities? Join me as we take a look! In this article, you will discover more about work from home jobs and home based business.

There are 2 distinct reasons why you would go for a work from home job or a home based business. Your choice will predominantly be based on potential and or stability. Let us take a look.

The benefit of a work from home job is that it is a stable job. You get a work from home job, and you will be offered a wage or a salary. You can work from home, do your work and you get paid. This can be great, and offers a very stable way of earning money working from home.

Though a work from home job offers this stability, it doesn’t offer you much potential. Work hard, and you maybe able to get a pay rise. This however is not performance based. A question that should help you think about this is to ask yourself – do you like being paid a fixed wage per hour or would you like to earn based on your performance?

The next option is home based business. This has 2 options, which have many options beneath them, however, in large, you have the option of your own home based business idea or to go with a home based business opportunity.

One of the biggest reasons for getting into a home based business of your own is that you have much more potential. If you like the aspect of writing your own pay check, then this is the route to go. After all, you determine your income.

A note that is important to remember is that home based business is not always the easiest thing to do. There are times when things are tough, you may have to put in hours upon hours, and at first earn less than a day job provides. And that is irrespective of giving it an hour a day or going at 120% for 10 hours straight!

A home based business is not that gloomy however. Over time, your home based business can grow and start supporting itself. If you compare working with a work from home job compared with a home based business over a decade, you will likely find that a home based business will earn you considerably more – unless you are a brain surgeon!

The biggest reason why a home based business takes time to start producing a similar income to what you would get in a day job is that of the learning curve. Business needs a lot of learning.

For people who are new to a home business, you will likely find that a home based business opportunity gives you all the tools, material, and action steps to make a successful home based business. Research is needed; however, the learning you get is invaluable.

I have a home based business with Market America. Some of their products are endorsed by Oprah,Rachel Ray, Allure.com, Latina Magazine, and Jennifer Lopez (J.Lo). Google requested partnership with Market America which they agreed to in August of this year. They are now larger than Amazon.com.

There are 2,500 exclusive products, 3,000+ partner stores and 35 million products you can offer to customers. They can price compare the items they're looking for which means they can save money.

I love the home business I got involved with 7 months ago and it's been great for me because I can stay home with my 2 1/2 year old. We don't have "startup" cost but we do pay a monthly overhead fee of only $50.00, which covers everything we receive from the Company. There are various ways you can make money from home. In most cases, however, you will probably need to invest some cash. I cannot think of many businesses that you can start without spending something to get up and going.

However, as someone else said, there are many scams. Be very careful. It if sounds too good to be true, it usually is.

You would have to find out what the zoning laws are in that city, however, why don't you rent a commercial piece of property?
